Puri Local Food and Travel | Season Finale of Foodka Odisha Diary

Today I end my hunt for Local Food Delicacies of Odisha and Puri starting with a very common sweet found on Puri Sea Beach.
I started my morning with the sunrise at Puri Sea Beach and enjoyed some singara, khirmohan, and chhanar goja from a street vendor.
Then I showed how to travel Puri at the lowest cost by renting a scooty from a local vendor.
I headed to Chandanpur, a small town near Puri, Odisha, to explore the local delicacies of Odisha at Padmalaya Restaurant. I was surprised by the taste of Chudakadam, a rice cake, Dalma, a lentil and vegetable stew, malpoa with malai, a sweet pancake with cream, and many more.
Later, I went to a semi-premium restaurant named Wild Grass, where I tasted their awesome Chilka crab dish and mutton curry with ghee rice. The Chilka Crab was fresh and juicy, and the mutton was tender and spicy. The ghee rice adds a rich and buttery flavor to the meal.
With this, I wrapped up the whole Odisha Diaries with a recap of the previous episodes.
This series has been a wonderful journey of discovering the local culture, history, and food of Odisha. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Thank you for watching Foodka. Stay Tuned!
