Bidhatar Khela synopsis (Story)

Biswanath brings home Uma as his wife. His mother dies but Uma saves him from debt. She also accepts Biswanath’s brothers & sister as her sons and daughter. Biswanath’s second brother falls in love with a millioniare’s daughter, Chandra and they get married. Problems starts with Chandra in the house. She insults Sekhar, youngest brother of Biswanath and Sekhar has to leave the house. On the wedding day of Mala, Biswanath's sister, Chandra plays a trick and Mala’s father in law disagrees marry his son without dowry. The miser’s son Mohan leaves the place. Mala attempts suicide and Chandra and Surya leave the house. Biswanaths house goes on auction. Biswanath and Uma begin a beggars life. There they meet Sekhar and Mala. Sekhar meets with an accident and to get money for the operation Biswanath sells his kidney. At the operation, they see that Mohan is the doctor. Mohan brings Surya and Chandra and at last the family unites.
